Biodun Dabiri who is currently the Executive Vice Chairman of Radix Capital Partners, is a consummate corporate finance specialist who has handled some of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nigerian Capital Markets over a period spanning 35 years. He has been involved in the conceptualization, capitalization and restructuring of a wide variety of ideas and Companies. He cut his teeth in the investment banking space while in the then NAL Merchant Bank, (the first Merchant bank in Nigeria established in 1960) where at a time, he was in charge of the bank’s corporate finance department that actively participated in the financial reforms in the 1980s’ which resulted in the indigenization, privatization and commercialization of Government enterprises and ultimate listing of those entities on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Biodun, in conjunction with a group of investors, packaged the corporate spin off of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc’s shareholding in Magnum Trust Bank Plc (now part of Sterling Bank Plc – and co-managed the bank between 1999 – 2007.
Pursuant to the Nigerian banking consolidation directives, he put together the investment banking competencies of the banks that merged into Sterling Bank Plc to form Sterling Capital Market, which he managed until his resignation in 2008, having played a prominent role in merger and acquisition of corporates, local and off shore fund raising activities consummated during the first and second rounds of the financial sector consolidation exercises.
In 2008, he spearheaded the formation of Radix Capital Partners, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) licensed investment banking boutique which to date has assisted Federal Government agencies (AMCON), State Governments and Corporates in the issuance of over N6.5trillion in debt and equity instruments.
Biodun is a 1977 graduate of University of Ibadan, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria having trained with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte Touche) Chartered Accountants. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He was a member of the Board of Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) - the central depository of the Nigerian Capital Market which he helped midwife. He has also served on numerous boards including Sterling Bank Plc, Magnum Trust Bank Plc, Nigerian Stockbrokers Ltd, Protea hotel and others in the hospitality, manufacturing and health care sectors.
He is currently the Chairman of Lekki Free Trade Zone which remains the flagship of the Lagos State Government’s industrial development initiatives and arguably the largest economic zone in Sub-Saharan Africa, encompassing the Lekki Deep Seaport, Lekki International airport, Dangote Petrochemical Complex and numerous industries.
Olaseni Oduwole is a highly experienced investment banker with extensive experience in capital markets, privatization and divestitures, mergers and acquisition as well as structured finance. He was part of the team that commenced investment banking in FBN(Merchant Bankers) limited, now FBN Capital Limited in 1990 and at various times was Head of corporate finance, Head of Credit and Marketing and Chief Executive Officer of Premium Securities, now FBN Securities Limited.
As the General Manager and head of Corporate Finance in Sterling Capital Markets, he was also instrumental to the institution becoming a leading investment banking brand in the country. He has assisted in the listing of a number of companies on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and handled some landmark acquisitions and divestitures transactions. During the consolidation of the financial industry, he played a prominent role in the mergers and acquisitions of a number of banks and insurance companies and also the fund raising exercises of the merged entities. A versatile credit officer, he was involved in the structuring of the financing model, among others, for the construction of major Nigerian infrastructures, including the gas pipeline for the Lagos metropolitan which involved a number of major financial institutions and entailed multi-products instruments.
Olaseni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA with specialization in finance from the University of Lagos. He is a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and also a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is widely travelled and has attended a number of management and product training programmes organized by INSEAD, Fountainebleau, France, HASS School of Business, University of California, USA and Euromoney, UK.
A chartered insurer and a seasoned marketing expert, Mr. Fashola holds an MBA in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. With over 30 years’ experience and a remarkable track record in the insurance and financial services industry, Fashola has earned a reputation as a truly accomplished and highly respected professional. Between 1991 and 1993, he was the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Assurance Company Limited. He later joined Industrial And General Insurance Plc where he reengineered the company’s marketing unit to achieve maximum efficiency that placed IGI ahead of competition. Having served in various top management capacities, Mr. Fashola was appointed to the board in 1999 as Executive Director, Marketing. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, he served as the Deputy Managing Director from 2007 to 2014 and later Acting Managing Director.
He is a Fellow of numerous institutions, including the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Institute of Directors (IOD), Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) and the West African Insurance Institute (WAII), The Gambia. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, (ACI Arb) (London). Mr. Fashola is an alumnus of both the West African College of Insurance and Risk Management in The Gambia and the Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD), United States. He is a member of the Governing Council of WAII and the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA).
He currently serves on the Board of many companies both local and abroad, including WAICA Reinsurance Corporation Plc, Sierra Leone; National Insurance Corporation (NIC), Uganda; IGI Gamstar Insurance Limited, The Gambia; Global Trust Savings and Loans Limited; Investment Profiles Limited; IGI Pension Fund Managers Limited; Sonarwa Holdings, Rwanda; and Sonarwa Life Insurance Company, also in Rwanda.
Fauziyyah K. Kasim (Kike)
Kike is a Strategist and a co-founder of Pollit Analytics Limited, an information sharing and Polling organization. She is also an Independent Director on the Board of LASACO Plc, a publicly quoted Composite Insurance Company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
A qualified Nigerian Stockbroker with varied experience ranging from Investment & Portfolio Management, transaction structuring & equity/mezzanine financing to Company turnaround strategy. Past work experience include being the Chief Executive Officer of a State owned Investment Company in Nigeria, where she was responsible for Portfolio Management & Investing in new assets. During her stint there she actively initiated, drove, implemented and managed the overall Company turnaround strategy resulting in a 16% improvement on Return on Equity and 5% improvement in Return on Assets in 19 months. The restructuring of the business stabilized cash flows and profitability, enhancing value for the Lagos State Government. At Smith Whiley, she was part of the Investment Team responsible for investment analysis, transaction pricing, structuring, portfolio management and fund raising. Prior to joining Smith Whiley & Co, she had 4 years of Capital Markets & investment experience with WSTC Financial Services Limited, Lagos, a non-bank Nigerian financial institution, from 2002 till 2006. There, she managed equity investment portfolios for high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate institutions. She possesses extensive treasury experience and has had active responsibilities for relationship management across all investment types and classes.
Kike has a BSc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from IIT, Stuart Graduate School of Business Chicago, where she majored in Financial Markets. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS Nigeria) and an authorized dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Stanis Uchenna Ezeobi
Stanis Ezeobi has over 20 years solid and varied senior management experience in financial services industry. He had a few years’ stint as a University lecturer before he began a professional career in banking in 1993. He worked for CitiBank , Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and First City Monument Bank for 14 years where he held strategy, financial reporting, business development, marketing & credit roles at various times as well as led various Bank marketing teams as Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Group Head to deliver significant profit results over the period.
Stanis was headhunted in 2006 from First City Monument Bank to provide leadership to First Guarantee Pension Ltd (a struggling licensed PFA at the time) as its Managing Director/CEO. He successfully restructured and positioned the PFA on the path of sustainable growth. Prior to joining IGI Pension Fund Managers Ltd in 2011 as Managing Director, he held the position of Executive Director at International Energy Insurance Plc Group.
Most recently, he led the successful sale of IGI Plc majority stake in IGI Pension Fund Managers Ltd to Radix Capital Partners Ltd, a boutique Investment Bank. He was reappointed as Managing Director/CEO by the new Board of Directors in February 2017 to lead the PFA through its next phase of growth.
Stanis is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a B.Sc degree in Accountancy from University of Nigeria and an MBA (Finance) from Enugu State University of Science & Technology. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
